We're seeking a Product Designer to help craft next-generation digital and print learning experiences for our K-5 ELA (English Language Arts) programs. Develop innovative solutions, brainstorm ideas, and translate high-level visions into compelling print and digital experiences. If you have a passion for learning, teaching, and engaging media design, join our team creating the future of education technology in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture. This is a remote, 12-month Project Status Worker (PSW) position open to U.S.-authorized applicants, with an end date of 01/30/2027 and possibility for renewal. You'll refine user flows using design thinking, create user-friendly visual designs, oversee projects autonomously, build scalable design systems, and collaborate via Figma on wireframes and prototypes. Champion accessibility, communicate rationale to stakeholders, and apply emerging trends to drive product innovation for K-5 learners. We're looking for a Bachelor's degree holder (or equivalent) with 1-2 years in visual design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC, WCAG knowledge, and a strong portfolio. Familiarity with Jira/Smartsheet, basic CSS/HTML, and Agile is a plus. The pay range is $55,000-$65,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
