As part of our innovative edtech team, you'll champion digital solutions that empower medical and pharmaceutical education, fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals through cutting-edge platforms and content. In this dynamic role, you'll lead the territory sales plan-for-growth, maintain open dialogues with internal and external stakeholders, and drive customer success via effective sales strategies targeting digital growth ambitions. Responsibilities include owning annual sales planning, pursuing government tenders and procurements, building new business pipelines, and delivering on forecasting and KPIs like SFDC lead progression, win:loss ratios, and trial conversions. You'll optimize 3rd-party resellers through our Partner Program, execute retention strategies for subscription products with cross-sell/upsell focus, and ensure compliance with regional market trends, competitors, and regulations—all while aligning resources to our strategic digital business vision. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead territory sales plan-for-growth across Philippines, Singapore, and Indochina
  • Own, manage, and execute annual sales planning for assigned territories
  • Seek, respond to, and win government/large-scale tenders and procurements
  • Identify, build, and progress new business opportunities to closed-won sales
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking (e.g., SFDC, win:loss, trial conversions)
  • Drive improvement across 3rd-party resellers per Partner Program KPIs
  • Execute customer retention strategies to achieve renewal rates for subscription products
  • Develop and implement cross-sell/upsell initiatives with marketing support
  • Analyze regional market data, trends, competitors, and procurement regulations
  • Build and own digital business growth strategy aligned with company priorities
  • Participate in training programs and stay updated on products and market insights

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and business development
  • Experience managing sales territories across multiple countries in APAC
  • Strong understanding of government tenders, procurements, and regulatory compliance in the region
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales pipelines using tools like SFDC
