Key Responsibilities

  • Drive digital product sales within assigned Iowa territory including Des Moines, Ames, Fort Dodge, and Ankeny
  • Connect with faculty and key stakeholders at colleges and universities to promote McGraw Hill solutions
  • Transition institutions to digital learning tools to enhance student engagement and outcomes
  • Build trust and rapport with educators by understanding their unique needs
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in untapped course areas to expand market share
  • Conduct proactive outreach, discovery sessions, and impactful presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and campus stakeholders for seamless solution delivery
  • Manage territory pipeline and track progress using CRM systems
  • Leverage data-driven insights and new technologies to maximize impact
  • Adapt to challenges and solve problems independently in a complex environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car
  • Reside within the Iowa territory (Des Moines area)
  • Evidence of being a high achiever with a track record of success
  • Capacity for daily travel (5 days per week on campuses)
  • Occasional out-of-state travel for company meetings
