Reporting to a District Sales Manager, you'll drive digital product sales by connecting with faculty and stakeholders, leveraging McGraw Hill's cutting-edge solutions to transform teaching and learning in a dynamic, innovation-driven culture. Sales Representatives at McGraw Hill are experienced communicators who are highly organized, data-driven, and quick to master new technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive digital product sales within the assigned Long Beach territory by connecting with faculty and key stakeholders at colleges and universities
  • Transition institutions to digital learning solutions to enhance student engagement and outcomes
  • Leverage McGraw Hill’s robust portfolio to introduce tools that streamline teaching and learning processes
  • Develop trust and rapport with faculty and administrators by understanding their unique needs
  • Position McGraw Hill as a reliable partner in achieving educational goals
  • Conduct proactive outreach and discovery sessions to identify new opportunities in untapped course areas
  • Expand market reach by increasing adoption and market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams and campus stakeholders for seamless delivery and implementation
  • Manage territory pipeline and track progress in CRM systems
  • Deliver impactful presentations to diverse stakeholders
  • Adapt to challenges and creatively solve problems independently

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car
  • Reside within the Long Beach, California territory
  • Evidence of being a high achiever with a track record of success
