Key Responsibilities

  • Drive digital product sales within the assigned Salt Lake City territory by connecting with faculty and key stakeholders at colleges and universities
  • Transition institutions to digital learning solutions to enhance student engagement and outcomes
  • Build trust and rapport with faculty and administrators by understanding their unique needs
  • Position McGraw Hill as a reliable partner in achieving educational goals
  • Identify new opportunities through proactive outreach and discovery sessions to expand market reach
  • Grow McGraw Hill’s presence in untapped course areas and increase adoption and market share
  • Collaborate with internal teams and campus stakeholders for seamless delivery and implementation
  • Manage territory pipeline, track progress in CRM systems, and balance travel demands
  • Deliver impactful presentations showcasing McGraw Hill’s digital tools
  • Leverage data-driven insights and new technologies to maximize impact on educators and learners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a car
  • Reside within the Salt Lake City territory (including Salt Lake City, Provo, and Ogden)
  • Evidence of being a high achiever with a track record of success
  • Ability to travel five days per week within the territory and occasional out-of-state travel
  • Passion for education and impacting student outcomes
