Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team and lead strategy for complex sales opportunities
  • Work on campus to develop qualified leads across key disciplines through the pipeline to close
  • Serve as the product expert on functionality, value propositions, and differentiators of McGraw Hill products
  • Coach team members and support training/onboarding of new Sales Representatives on advanced sales processes and demonstrations
  • Deliver impactful, high-stakes sales demonstrations highlighting digital platform value
  • Model advanced sales strategies and mentor team for professional development
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to transition new business to Customer Success Representatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience within higher education technology sales
  • Residence within the North Carolina or Virginia territory (excluding Northern Virginia)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in the designated territory
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% during September - mid-November and January - May
