As a Sales Specialist on our Higher Education Private Sector Sales team, you'll partner with district leadership to coach sales professionals, strategize on high-impact opportunities, and drive the adoption of our premium digital solutions. Reporting to the Director of Sales Programs (Private Sector), you'll generate and close new business in growth-focused territories, delivering powerful demonstrations of our innovative platforms that transform teaching and learning outcomes. A typical day involves collaborating with sales teams on complex opportunities, working on-campus to cultivate leads across disciplines, and serving as the go-to expert on product functionality and value. You'll coach representatives on demonstrations and user adoption, analyze usage data to refine campaigns, model effective sales techniques, and facilitate seamless handovers to Customer Success. With up to 50% regional travel during peak adoption seasons (September-mid November and January-May), you'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation in higher education. We're seeking proven sales leaders with a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in higher ed tech sales, and a consultative mindset to uncover needs and win adoptions. Thrive in our dynamic, deadline-driven environment as a self-starting team player residing in the territory with a valid driver's license.
