The Senior Equity Administrator plays a pivotal role in this mission by overseeing the company’s global equity incentive programs, ensuring accurate administration, compliance, and reporting in our dynamic education technology environment. This position reports to the Senior Director, Compensation and can work remotely within the continental United States. In this role, you will administer global equity compensation plans, manage third-party vendor relationships, and process equity award activities including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations. You will serve as the primary contact for equity-related inquiries, maintain participant communications, and benchmark executive compensation to keep our programs market-competitive. Additionally, you will prepare Board committee materials with program proposals, competitive analyses, and updates; analyze equity metrics like grant activity, share pool usage, and dilution; ensure compliance with global regulations; and assist with CD&A narratives for regulatory filings while supporting executive data requests and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings minimum 5 years of stock administration experience at a public company and 3 years in executive compensation, with strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, excellent communication, and knowledge of equity taxation. Experience with platforms like Fidelity Stock Plan Services is preferred, along with Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
