Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the synthesis of market research and customer data to inform strategic decisions, product development, and marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to integrate the voice of the customer
  • Utilize market research and voice-of-customer insights to identify targeted segments and craft pricing strategies
  • Develop focused, effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities
  • Maintain deep understanding of the K-12 literacy competitive landscape and differentiate McGraw Hill offerings
  • Manage production of thought leadership assets, promotional materials, and sales support collateral
  • Position McGraw Hill as a leader in K-12 Literacy through impactful campaigns
  • Drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness for literacy solutions in strategic markets
  • Elevate brand and product positioning through exceptional communication and storytelling

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years in Product Marketing/Product Management
  • 5+ years in leadership within K-12 publishing
  • Proven record of successful product launches, segmentation, positioning, pricing, and campaign strategy
  • Deep expertise in literacy education trends, challenges, market opportunities, and new product development practices
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels
  • Data-driven decision maker capable of taking calculated risks and driving team alignment
