As a Sr Analyst, Digital Analytics in our Data Science & Business Intelligence team, you will support digital measurement frameworks, maintain reporting dashboards, and analyze web and campaign performance to fuel data-driven decisions. Leveraging Adobe Analytics, you will independently translate business requirements into actionable insights, perform ad-hoc analyses, troubleshoot tracking issues, and lead QA/UAT for website updates, marketing pixels, and tagging. Collaborating with the COE Digital team, you will ensure precise data capture, clear documentation, and reporting solutions that empower cross-functional strategies to enhance learning outcomes. This remote role is open to U.S.-authorized applicants and plays a pivotal role in accurate digital tracking and insightful analytics. What you will do: Maintain dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics; support tagging, QA/UAT, and issue resolution; convert requirements into analytical solutions; monitor performance for recommendations; and partner with teams to enable data-informed decisions in our edtech ecosystem. Bring 2+ years of analytics experience (1+ in Adobe Analytics), innovative problem-solving, collaboration skills, multitasking ability, and strong communication with advanced Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree.
