As a Sr. Financial Analyst in our Finance team, you will play a key role providing financial and operational support in the dynamic education technology space. This remote position is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States, offering the flexibility to contribute from anywhere while driving financial excellence in our mission to revolutionize learning. In this role, you will perform monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting; support product teams with profitability analysis, trends, and adoption insights; conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior leaders; and lead ad-hoc projects. You will review product investments, maintain key metrics, develop advanced financial models, and evaluate new opportunities like platform investments and business development strategies. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will build partnerships, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate, timely financial insights that empower innovative edtech solutions and business growth. The ideal candidate brings an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in financial analysis, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Power BI, plus strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
