Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll dive into the heart of product development. Key duties include:

• Developing deep understanding of Delta Faucet products and development processes
• Assisting in design, specification, and implementation of product projects, including detailed design, assembly, and testing
• Supporting production part approval, product changes, and non-conforming product evaluations
• Mastering CREO tools for faucet component and assembly design/modifications
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize market-driven products
• Using test equipment for evaluations per specs, requirements, and plumbing codes
• Contributing to cross-functional teams
• Coordinating environmental, performance, and life cycle testing for reliability
• Progressing to lead activities from concept to product launch
