  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of experience as a Media, Insights, or Analytics professional in a leading consumer goods company.
  • Expertise in data science, market mix models, attribution, and CPG data sources like Nielsen/IRI (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, and Kantar Worldpanel.
  • Proven leadership: Motivate through fact-based insights, synthesize disparate data into growth strategies, and excel in storytelling.
  • Strong collaborator with experience in media analytics and operations; consulting background is a plus.
  • Fluent English; deep understanding of CPG business performance and visual storytelling.
