Role Overview

  • Gather and upload medical records for upcoming visits, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Manage incoming calls, triage issues, schedule appointments, and check patients out with follow-up bookings.
  • Act as a communication liaison between providers and patients, responding to messages and calls promptly.
  • Demonstrate regular attendance, punctuality, and contribute to team efforts while meeting processing deadlines.
