Role Overview

The Medical Supply Delivery and Installation Technician plays a vital role in Velocare's distributed supply chain. Based at our state-of-the-art facility at 100 Raritan Center Parkway, Edison, NJ 08837, you'll handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery of critical medical equipment. This full-time position offers 36-40 hours weekly across 4-5 days, including at least one weekend day. Shifts start as early as 7am weekdays or 8am weekends, ending between 6pm-9pm, with pay at $22.50 per hour. Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery and Installation Technician, your daily impact includes:

• Delivering medical equipment via company transit van (non-CDL) to patient homes, notifying status updates promptly.
• Demonstrating empathy and compassion in every patient interaction.
• Loading/unloading heavy packages safely and performing minor technical installations or de-installations.
• Troubleshooting home technology as needed and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition.
• Using handheld tablets for GPS navigation, inventory tracking, and real-time reporting.
• Conducting equipment cleaning at the depot and supporting EHS compliance.
• Resolving customer inquiries swiftly to ensure top-tier service.

Operational Excellence

You'll contribute to process improvements, ensuring safe, efficient operations while adhering to OSHA, FDA, DEA, and local regulations. Vaccinations and background checks are required by hospital partners.
