Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Your daily impact will include:

  • Delivering medical equipment and supplies directly to patients' homes and customer sites using a company transit van.
  • Performing technical installations, de-installations, and troubleshooting of medical devices in home settings.
  • Loading and unloading fleet vehicles with items up to 70 pounds, often carrying equipment up multiple flights of stairs.
  • Managing orders via company mobile devices: updating statuses, navigating routes, uploading proof-of-delivery photos, and tracking timelines.
  • Maintaining vehicles in clean, working condition and conducting minor maintenance.
  • Demonstrating empathy and compassion to patients, ensuring quality service and prompt resolution of inquiries.
  • Conducting equipment cleaning, inventory tasks like receiving and picking, and complying with OSHA, DEA, FDA, and local regulations.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in operations, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior delivery or customer service experience is a plus.
