Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Responsible to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policy and government regulations.

• Analyzes, audits, reconcile, and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.

• Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.

• Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, and garnishment issues for payroll processing.

• Respond to and resolve employee inquiries.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Demonstrated flair for numbers and strong analytical skills

• Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data visualization, etc.)

• Ability to meet tight deadlines, stay accountable and thrive under pressure

• Strong attention to details and a problem-solving mindset

• HR or payroll experience (2 – 3 years) is a plus
