A Day in the Life

This position supports the creation and maintenance of software tools the enable compliance and streamline processes. This role works closely with the quality and regulatory teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, automation, and efficiency.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Supports software development and system maintenance.

• Facilitates meetings for requirement gathering and development phase reviews.

• Recommends digital solutions that support QARA process improvement initiatives.

• Communicates with stakeholders on project status and provides regular updates.

• Available to support any other assignment requested by the manager.

• Keeps abreast of the changing digital solution landscape.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering or any related field

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience

• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages including Power automate is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both written and orally, to a wide variety of audiences
