Our Cardiac Rhythm Management Integrated Operating Unit offers devices and therapies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. It is comprised of four key businesses: Cardiac Pacing Therapies, Defibrillation Solutions, Patient Management, and Procedure Innovations. Together, we will transform the lives of people with cardiac arrhythmias and heart failure. Our Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers a minimally invasive procedure for treating atrial fibrillation (AF).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) & Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals

  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services

  • Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services

  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors’ activities

  • Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • University‘s degree required in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, Life-Science, or another relevant)

  • Experience working in medical devices industry will be added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Have a willingness to travel

  • Having an interest and understanding in cardiac anatomy & physiology

  • Having good verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English 

  • Willing to consider Diploma Degree holder with Minimum 2 years experience of relevant experience

  • Open for Fresh graduate coming from Medical related course.
