Job Description

At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.

A Day in the Life

Diabeter, owned by Medtronic, is the largest diabetes care provider in the Netherlands. Our mission is to empower people living with insulin-dependent diabetes to achieve better health outcomes, greater satisfaction, and a higher quality of life—through the right treatment and guidance. To make this vision a reality, Diabeter develops, utilizes, and offers a range of innovative digital solutions to external diabetes care providers, including hospitals, both in the Netherlands and internationally. By joining our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission and helping to shape the future of diabetes care. Are you ready to make a meaningful difference and be part of a passionate, forward-thinking team? We’d love to hear from you!
As a Diabeter IT Application Analyst, you will be at the forefront of supporting Health Care Professionals in the Netherlands and around the globe by ensuring our digital applications run smoothly and efficiently. In this central role, you will coordinate the resolution of application-related technical issues, collaborating closely with IT teams and other stakeholders to deliver timely, effective solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly in both Dutch and English will be key as you keep users informed throughout the resolution process and ensure a seamless user experience. You will serve as a crucial hub, connecting users, IT specialists, and management, while also contributing to the creation of user documentation and supporting the onboarding of new customers. If you thrive in a dynamic, international environment and are passionate about solving technical challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in digital healthcare.
