Main Responsibilities
“A Day in the Life”

• 装置の安定稼働を目的として保守点検および故障修復業務とそれに伴う請求等の業務
• 症例立会業務
• 顧客とコミュニケーションを行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う
• データ分析業務を行い、オペレーション改善を行う
• 顧客からの不具合・苦情の問い合わせ対応業務を行い、顧客満足度の改善維持向上を行う
• CASの他製品の修理・点検業務（フィールドサービス、内勤業務を含む）
  • クライオ・アブレーションシステムの設置、定期保守、修理などを含むフィールド及び内勤業務
  • ダイヤモンド・テンプ・アブレーションシステムの設置、定期保守を含むフィールドおよび内勤業務
  • パルスセレクト・アブレーションシステムの修理、定期保守を含むフィールド及び内勤業務
• 他事業の製品を取り扱う

Must Haves

Job Experience

• 電機/機械工学分野での業務経験
• フィールドサービス業務

Skills/Knowledge

• 英語力（TOEIC600点以上が望ましい）
• 良好なコミュニケーション能力
• MSオフィス（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）を用いた文書作成に必要なPCスキル
• 宿泊を伴う国内及び海外出張ができること
• 夜間及び休日の作業に対応できること

Competency

• 普通自動車運転免許
   

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)

Nice to Haves

Job Experience

• 臨床工学技士
• コールセンター業務
• 改善業務

Skills/Knowledge

• 医療機器の修理経験
• 医療機器修理業責任技術者
