A Day in the Life

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The GCDMS is Medtronic’s next generation Digital Commerce platform, that offers Online Ordering

and related services such as Inventory Management, Sales out Management, customers,

distributors, and service providers.

We are looking for a .NET Developer Intern, focusing on .NET/ASP.NET/business logic and

integration services within a sub domain of the Medtronic Connect Digital platform. The .NET

Developer Intern will:

• As a part of the DEV team, you will participate in API development, front-end page development, unit-test support, and some tech documentation preparation.

• As a part of an agile team, you will closely work with BA, QA, and scrum master to drive the achievement of each sprint goal.

• Participate in the standardized R&D process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Required

• Bachelor’s Degree Technical Expertise

• Proficient in object-oriented programming technology

• Familiar with C#, ASP.NET • Familiar with React

• Familiar with Visual Studio 2019+ development tools

• Familiar with SQL syntax and SQL Server database operations

• Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS

• Brief understanding of B/S, C/S architecture

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proven communication skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-energy and fast-paced environment

• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and positive attitude and perform as a team player.
