Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mobile App Developer to the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You should be comfortable working with both native (Swift, Kotlin/Java) and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native, or similar) technologies to deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Work with both native (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, etc.) frameworks.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.
  • Ensure the security, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience developing and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency in native development languages: Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android.
  • Experience with at least one cross-platform mobile framework (Flutter, React Native, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with app store submission processes for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for mobile apps.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • knowledge in FDA and ISO design control requirements is a plus.
