A Day in the Life

负责过程及成品质量管理工作。收集进货、过程、顾客反馈的质量数据并进行分析，为产品持续改进提供输出，为产品质量提供保证。

岗位职责

1.负责制定并完善产品实现过程中质量控制计划；

2.负责质量信息采集、数据分析与改进管理，并每月进行

产品质量数据汇总；

3.负责各种产品异常的调查分析的发起及跟踪,CAPA落

实的跟踪验证；

4.认真实现公司执行的质量方针和质量目标,完成本岗位

质量目标；

5.负责关键控制点的MSA分析；

6.负责零部件及成品的检验作业指导书的编写及完善；

7.实时组织QC活动；

8.根据程序文件和作业指导书协调各部门之间的工作，实

时改进和完善质量体系控制流程；

9.负责对特殊过程的监控，评审过程确认方案的报告；

10.负责评审设计变更以及设计变更的相关验证工作；

11.负责评审设计输入/输出/，评审设计验证、设计确认是否符合法规要求；

12.完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求

1.Education required

必要或希望的教育背景

本科及以上学历

2.Work experience

工作经验

两年及两年以上质量管理工作经历

3.Competency/Skills

能力/技能

熟练使用minitab、Excel等常规质量分析工具；熟悉相关质量控制方法；熟悉六西格玛理念和基本工具的运用。

4.Qualification/Credential

资质

质量工程师

5.Language

语言

具备一定的英语读写能力。

6.Computer.

计算机能力

具备良好的办公软件操作能力；

7.Others

其他

对工作认真负责、严谨细致；具有将强的分析能力，善于沟通。
