At Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM), our diverse portfolio supports treatments across the patient’s continuum of care, aiming to reduce complications and accelerate recovery. Your main purpose in this role is to sell the clinical value of Acute Monitoring Advanced Critical Care (ACC) range of products based on clinical expertise, for the region of North-Netherlands (Utrecht, Nieuwegein Groningen and Zwolle). You will report to the Sales Manager Benelux; Acute Care & Monitoring
Job Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Address market access barriers, accelerate adoption of (new) technologies and burn rate, expand utilization for consumables/sensors and improve outcome for the patients. The ACM Growth Drivers are Respiratory Compromise / Cerebral and Somatic Compromise

  • Sell the full range of Advanced Critical Care products professionally to hospitals and related healthcare professionals.

  • Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure the usage of our products and expand the market and penetration, leading through clinical value selling.

  • Cooperate and coordinate activities with the full Acute Monitoring team, Sales Account Manager and Inside Sales team in the territory to maximize business opportunities

  • Customer Management: Drive sales growth by achieving budget targets, managing offers and complaints, and coordinating presentations, contracts, demos, and workshops

  • Business Development: Drive business development by leading clinical sales, identifying prospects, managing opportunities, coordinating evaluations, and maintaining in-depth customer and market insights

  • Support & Training: Provide technical support and training by coordinating staff, sharing field insights, organizing in-services, and assisting with national and international training initiatives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required. Solid medical background is a strong plus

  • Demonstrated track record of commercial experience (3 to 5 years), preferably in the medical device industry, with good clinical acumen.

  • Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written is essential

  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages and proficiency in using modern multi-media tools, sales systems and daily usage of CRM

  • Experience working in a matrix-organization
