In this role, you will contribute to seamless product availability, strategic planning, and continuous improvement, supporting our mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Analysing the Eurasia and Regional unit and performing full financial forecasting to monitor gaps and variances
  • Communicating demand planning corrective actions to the regional team based on guidance from the upstream marketing department
  • Supporting the marketing team in executing and deploying manual allocation processes to offset supply constraint gaps
  • Supporting product phase-in and phase-out processes related to Global Trade Item Numbers and system extensions
  • Analysing regional field and distribution centre inventory while communicating recommended actions to minimise slow-moving or obsolete goods and product availability risks
  • Communicating and following up on action plans associated with the transition from the Medical Devices Directive to the Medical Devices Regulation
  • Ensuring alignment across regional stakeholders by providing continuous updates on progress, risks, and required adjustments.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience in marketing or supply chain functions
  • Previous knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, product launches, and product phase-out processes
  • Bachelor’s degree from a university
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Czechia: 920,000.00 CZK - 1,380,000.00 CZK | Poland: 148,000.00 PLN - 222,000.00 PLN | Romania: 168,000.00 RON - 252,000.00 RON | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
