A Day in the Life

Are you ready to drive innovation in structural heart catheter-based therapy? Medtronic is seeking a Senior TAVI Technical Consultant to lead the adoption and support of Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) therapies in the Bohemian region of the Czech Republic. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technology, collaborate with leading clinicians, and directly improve patient outcomes by supporting a minimally invasive alternative to traditional open-heart surgery for complex structural heart conditions.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, healthcare professionals, and customers
  • Support sales efforts through product demonstrations and technical presentations related to TAVI devices
  • Deliver on-site education, consulting, and technical support during catheter-based structural heart procedures
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health science field (or equivalent as per local regulations) and at least 5 years of experience in medical devices, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role related to catheter-based structural heart therapies
  • Strong technical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in product demonstrations, clinical support, or technical education
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects
  • Fluency in Czech and English

Skills Required
