A Day in the Life

This role provides centralized HR administrative support across multiple global programs, ensuring consistent, accurate, and efficient execution of HR processes. It partners with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, implement quality and process enhancements, support HR systems, and deliver a high-quality employee and manager experience through operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position will be Hybrid in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide centralized HR support across Global Rewards, Talent Development, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and related programs
  • Collaborate with HR teams to establish and maintain operational standards, ensuring processes are followed accurately and efficiently
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance HR workflows and customer experience
  • Identify issues impacting employees or managers and propose solutions, process enhancements, or system optimizations
  • Support HR systems by defining requirements, creating test plans, leading testing cycles, and configuring system updates

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Nice to have: two to three years of experience in HR program administration, HR processes and team leadership
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to support process automation and system improvements is advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (B2 – C1)
  • Fluent in French and/or Portuguese is advantageous
