Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Utilize the payroll vendor platform to process payroll for employees across multiple EMEA locations
· Enter, review, and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions
· Manage and process special payroll cycles, such as bonuses, commissions, and equity awards
and ensure all payroll processing adheres to company policies and local and international statutory regulations
· Review and reconcile payroll reports each pay period to ensure accuracy of employee payments, vendor remittances, and statutory filings
· Partner with HR and Finance teams to streamline data flows and resolve issues related to employee data and integrations
· Contribute to projects involving payroll implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other finance systems
Required Knowledge and Experience:
· At least 7-10 years’ experience in high-volume payroll processing, auditing, with direct hands-on experience and handled multiple countries.
· Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and keen into details
· Strong communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
· Additional desirable qualifications include proficiency with CloudPay or ADP payroll systems
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Accounting, Finance or Business
