A Day in the Life

S＆R全体に関わる、コマーシャルオペレーション、サプライチェーン、チャネルマネジメントなどの関連部門をつなぐ要として、事業運営を支える重要な役割を担います。本ポジションでは、新製品の導入、製品のフェーズイン/フェーズアウト管理、バックオーダー（BO）などのリスク低減を目的とした業務プロセスの最適化を推進し、各部門との緊密な連携を通じて、事業戦略および業務の円滑な遂行を支援します。これにより、ビジネスの成長に貢献するポジションです。

主な業務内容
“A Day in the Life”

• OUとファンクションチーム（コマーシャルオペレーション、サプライチェーン、チャネルマネジメント）の間の主要なコミュニケーションハブとして機能し、業務の効率化と最適化を推進する。
• 物流業務の管理（出荷スケジュール、アロケーション計画、物流パートナーとの調整を含む）を行い、ビジネスの優先順位に基づいたタイムリーな製品供給を確保する。
• バックオーダー（BO）を効果的に管理し、潜在的なリスクを特定するとともに、出荷の優先順位を設定し、関係者との明確なコミュニケーションを維持する。
• マーケティング戦略および流通計画と連携し、新製品導入や製品のフェーズイン／フェーズアウトに伴う物流業務を適切に調整し、業務の混乱を最小限に抑える。
• 出荷数量の確定、アロケーション指示、在庫・物流関連の問い合わせ対応など、日々の業務を遂行する。
• SAPの障害や物流クレームなどのオペレーション上の課題に迅速に対応し、効果的な解決策を実施するとともに、関連チームと協力して業務の安定化を図る。
• 四半期末などの繁忙期において、物流戦略を適切に実行し、納品および売上目標の達成を支援する。

応募資格

必要要件(Must Haves)

業務経験

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験

知識/経験

• MS-Word, Excel, PowerPointを活用した高度なデータ分析・レポート作成スキル
• 関係部門との円滑な調整を実現するための高いコミュニケーション能力と交渉力
• 複雑な業務プロセスの中でリスクを特定し、最適な解決策を導き出す分析力
• 中級以上の英語スキル（業務上のやり取りが可能なレベル）TOEIC740点以上

学歴

• 学士号取得者

あると望ましい要件(Nice to Haves)

業務経験

• コマーシャルオペレーション、物流管理、またはサプライチェーン業務において実務経験がある方
• 新製品の導入や、改善業務の経験がある方
• 医療業界での業務経験

知識/経験

• キャピタルサービスの知識/経験
• コマーシャルオペレーション、物流調整、またはサプライチェーン管理における実務経験
• 新製品の物流管理や製品ライフサイクルの移行に関する業務経験
• Power BIを活用したデータの可視化や高度な分析レポートの作成能力
