A Day in the Life

We are currently looking for Technical Consultant for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products in Belgium. You will be responsible for the implant and follow up support of our CRM portfolio, in hospitals and medical practices. The CRM product portfolio includes hardware devices like Medtronic pacemakers, defibrillators, CRTD, Micra and EV-ICD. You support our CRM sales field teams with technical and scientific support according to the local business plan and needs. You will act as a technical subject matter expert for CRM products and services and act as single point of contact for our customers, cardiologists and HCP's.

You will report to the Technical Consultant Manager and are expected to travel daily to visit our customers in the South of Belgium. Therefore, it is important that you are an early riser and don't mind driving.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers
• Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products
• May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications
• Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
• May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
• Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Master degree or degree in engineering sciences
• Fluency in French and English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability and willingness to learn about new technology and medical science
• Very flexible mindset and can do mentality
• A first work experience in healthcare or MedTech sector is strongly recommended
• A commercial mindset is highly valued
