Role Overview

As a Merchandiser at PepsiCo in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be the frontline ambassador for our powerhouse brands in the food and beverage sector. Your primary mission is to maximize on-shelf presence in assigned outlets, ensuring our products stand out through impeccable merchandising. This hands-on role involves executing planograms, conducting in-store sampling, and providing critical market insights to the sales team. Key Responsibilities

Daily Execution and Merchandising

Follow your supervisor's daily journey plan to visit specific outlets (OT). Merchandise PepsiCo products—focusing on SSFL (Snack Foods, Soft Drinks, etc.)—at all access points including shelves, stands, and floor displays. Place point-of-sale (POS) materials strategically next to displays for maximum visibility.

Compliance and Quality Control

Adhere strictly to approved planograms for on- and off-shelf displays. Report any non-compliance immediately to the pre-seller. Rotate products using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method, maintain clean and fresh stock, and remove sub-standard items to uphold brand standards.

Market Intelligence and Reporting

Monitor competitive activities and report deviations from agreed terms with outlets. Provide daily activity reports to your supervisor and share market insights to uncover selling opportunities. Participate in sampling, redemption campaigns, and promotions when required.

Professional Standards

Maintain a professional appearance and behavior aligned with the Frito-Lay code of conduct. Key performance measures include execution standards, LTA (Long-Term Agreement) enforcement, and journey plan adherence.

Qualifications & Requirements
