As a Merchandiser at PepsiCo in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you'll join the sales team to maximize on-shelf presence for our Snacks, Sweets, and Foodservice Lines (SSFL) products in assigned outlets. This full-time role involves executing planograms, conducting in-store sampling and promotions when needed, and providing critical market insights to pre-sellers. You'll ensure pristine displays, stock freshness, and competitive vigilance, contributing directly to PepsiCo's market dominance in the food and beverage sector.

Follow your supervisor's daily journey plan to call on specific outlets (OT). Merchandise SSFL products at all access points—shelves, stands, and floor displays—strictly adhering to approved planograms. Place point-of-sale (POS) materials next to displays for maximum visibility.
Rotate products using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method, remove sub-standard items, and maintain clean, fresh stock at all times. Report any non-compliance with agreed terms to your pre-seller immediately.
Monitor competitive activities and supply pre-sellers with the latest market information to seize selling opportunities. Report daily activities from the prior day and any outlet deviations to your supervisor.
Participate in sampling, redemption campaigns, and promotions as required. Uphold professional appearance and behavior aligned with the Frito-Lay code of conduct.
Key performance measures include execution standards, long-term agreement (LTA) enforcement, and journey plan adherence.
