Role Overview

As a Merchandiser at PepsiCo in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you'll join the sales team to maximize on-shelf presence for our Snacks, Sweets, and Foodservice Lines (SSFL) products in assigned outlets. This full-time role involves executing planograms for shelves, stands, and floor displays, conducting in-store sampling and promotions when needed, and providing critical market insights to pre-sellers. You'll ensure pristine product presentation, monitor competition, and report deviations, contributing directly to sales success in the vibrant Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact includes:

• Visiting specific outlets (OT) as per your daily journey plan from your supervisor.
• Merchandising SSFL products at all access points: shelves, stands, and floor displays.
• Placing Point-of-Sale (POS) materials next to displays for maximum visibility.
• Adhering strictly to approved planograms and reporting any non-compliance immediately.
• Rotating products using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method and removing sub-standard items.
• Maintaining clean, fresh stock on shelves at all times.
• Monitoring competitive activities and reporting opportunities to leverage selling advantages.
• Documenting daily activities and deviations from agreed outlet terms.
• Participating in sampling, redemption, or promotional campaigns as required.
• Upholding professional appearance and behavior per Frito-Lay code of conduct.

Key performance measures focus on execution standards, Long-Term Agreement (LTA) enforcement, and journey plan adherence.
