Key Responsibilities

• Rotating products in backrooms and on shelves to ensure freshness and eliminate out-of-stocks or out-of-date items.
• Transporting products from storage to sales floor using equipment like U-Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Displaying promotional materials such as signs and banners to drive in-store promotions.
• Maintaining neat and orderly backroom stock while communicating store issues to managers and PepsiCo leadership.
• Building strong customer relationships at the store level through excellent service, rapport, and attentiveness.
• Operating under minimal supervision, executing in-store strategies from Bulk Customer Representatives, and complying with scan-in/scan-out procedures and designated routes.

Physical Demands

Expect to lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20-45 pounds, with frequent bending, reaching, and squatting. Regular, predictable attendance is essential.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possessing a car for multi-store access within shifts.
