You will lead a team of merchandisers, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to boost performance, such as optimizing displays and store placements. Key Responsibilities

As Merchandising Team Leader, your core duties include:

• Managing placement of POS materials adjacent to SSFL displays.
• Ensuring all access points follow approved planograms for consistent branding.
• Rotating products via FIFO method and removing sub-standard items to maintain quality.
• Maintaining clean, fresh stock of SSFL products on shelves at all times.
• Monitoring competitive activities and reporting any deviations from agreed customer terms.
• Participating in sampling and redemption campaigns as required.
• Upholding professional appearance and behavior per Frito Lay code of conduct.
