Job Description
We are the Monetization Capacity, Efficiency and Hardware Co-Design Organization. We are part of Monetization Infra, which is responsible for all of Meta Ads Revenue (98% of all Meta Revenue). Our org has been specifically formed to address the biggest challenge facing Meta today - the lack of machine resources needed to empower our Ads, ML and AI platforms to unblock new revenue opportunities for Meta. Our work is a top priority for the Monetization org and for the broader company, with C-suite level visibility and aggressive funding to address the issue. We work on ML Inference and Training projects across the Monetization infra services improving efficiency across next generation AI Hardware MTIA, Nvidia, and AMD accelerators. This spans across: model co-designing, low level optimizations, distributed system, and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Land massive impact by working on business critical Machine Learning Inference and training systems to enable top company and Monetization priorities and accelerate Revenue Growth for the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and proven experience
- Working on both 0->1 as well as mission critical scaled systems in the Advertising Infrastructure stack
- Foster a work environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement
