Develop and implement strategies for mobile authentication and business messaging, including market analysis, competitor research, trend forecasting and partnerships
Manage programs related to mobile authentication and business messaging, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones, to drive the execution of projects and initiatives
Keep tracking of the authentication and business messaging landscape to inform strategic decision-making
Foster relationships with partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for mobile authentication and business messaging matters
Drive continuous improvement in our mobile authentication and business messaging offerings based on market trends, customer feedback, and business performance
Travel as needed for business purposes (approximately 30% of the time) to meet with partners and stakeholders
