Job Description

Meta is seeking Business Development & Program Manager, to join our Telco Business team in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be working on the Business Messaging & Mobile Authentication program and responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with leading telecommunications companies in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for mobile authentication and business messaging, including market analysis, competitor research, trend forecasting and partnerships
  • Manage programs related to mobile authentication and business messaging, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones, to drive the execution of projects and initiatives
  • Keep tracking of the authentication and business messaging landscape to inform strategic decision-making
  • Foster relationships with partners and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for mobile authentication and business messaging matters
  • Drive continuous improvement in our mobile authentication and business messaging offerings based on market trends, customer feedback, and business performance
  • Travel as needed for business purposes (approximately 30% of the time) to meet with partners and stakeholders
