Job Description

We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Program Managers supporting a critical, highly cross-functional project portfolio involving multiple systems and cross-TG (Team Groups) products. This role drives operational efficiencies, process rigor, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance and effective project execution. The Manager will be instrumental in up-leveling team engagement in planning cycles and enabling faster execution and stronger results across Enterprise Programs (EP) organization.

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides dedicated strategic support and act as primary contact to EP discipline leads
  • Manage and mentor a team of Enterprise Program Project Specialists, providing strategic direction and coaching
  • Guide project and program planning, coordinating across multiple system platforms and product lines
  • Ensure clear roles, deliverables, and accountability for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own tracking and reporting of project progress, milestone achievement, and overall portfolio health
  • Uplevel team involvement in planning processes to ensure better alignment and execution across EP
  • Facilitate active engagement with various stakeholder groups, including TG leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Lead portfolio-level risk assessments and escalations as needed
  • Design and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes
  • Enforce and monitor process controls and reporting across all active initiatives
  • Drive rigorous adherence to compliance for project execution, including documentation, mandated uploads, and timely task completion
