In some cases, this requires standing up a new program where none exists Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to organize and operationalize a complex set of priorities while tracking and reporting goals and outcomes Hold program stakeholders accountable for delivery of goals and outcomes Report out on the current and future state of the program for which you are responsible
