- Experience in building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in embedded devices, Linux/Android, device farm/lab management, remote device orchestration, performance profiling and hardware/software integration (experience)
- Experience in designing, analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources (experience)
- Experience with developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases that span platforms and tools (experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop CI/CD infrastructure and automation solutions for performance, power efficiency and stability testing for embedded devices
- Identify and resolve quality issues across device hardware and software stacks
- Make measurable improvements to signal quality and regression detection capabilities
- Develop reusable software components for interfacing with back-end platforms
- Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding
- Create tools that improve productivity for broad teams in scale
- Develop unit, integration and end-to-end tests for devices
- triage test flakiness and noise issues
