Role Overview

The Mfg Warehouse Associate Supervisor position at PepsiCo's facility in Queretaro, Queretaro, Mexico, is a pivotal leadership role within the warehouse control area of our CEDIS (Center of Distribution). As a key leader, you will execute and monitor critical KPIs, document controls, and ensure seamless warehouse operations. This full-time role demands strong organizational skills, a focus on safety, and expertise in inventory management to support PepsiCo's world-class supply chain. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive operational excellence across multiple facets of warehouse management. Your core duties include:

• Managing safety protocols within the warehouse and deploying best operational practices to minimize risks.
• Conducting load audits and ensuring all operations adhere to safety, health, and quality standards.
• Coordinating warehouse staffing to guarantee uninterrupted service and operational continuity.
• Implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs/BPAs) and overseeing timely cyclic counts and inventory rotation using FIFO/PEPS principles.
• Managing orders, load assembly, and delivery to sales teams while tracking key indicators such as inventory differences, service levels, inventory value, days of inventory, returns control, shipment discrepancies, load certification, and indirect materials like POP displays, exhibitors, cardboard, and pallets.

Performance Metrics Focus

You will be accountable for KPI documentation and support, ensuring high standards in freshness management, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency to support PepsiCo's distribution network in Mexico.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek proactive leaders with a solid foundation in logistics and administration. Key qualifications include:

• A degree (completed or partial) in Administrative fields, Logistics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in internal customer service, administrative controls, and warehouse management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP; knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of supply chain elements including logistics, distribution, and quality control.
• Familiarity with operational, safety, and quality standards to implement best practices.
• Desirable: Power BI skills.
• Availability to work weekends and travel once a month.
