Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tactical and strategic direction for engineering departments and high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Hold teams accountable for adhering to engineering requirements, standards, and safety protocols as the utmost priority.
• Coordinate workforce planning, career development, and talent management for direct reports.
• Manage project resource requirements, including internal staff and external contractors.
• Develop and oversee budgets, financial plans, forecasts, and conduct regular cost analyses to optimize efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, lead, or change agent for critical programs and business initiatives.
• Foster collaborative relationships with key business partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in engineering, operations, or related fields; at least 3 years in lead project roles.
• Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities; unwavering commitment to safety; proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications; detailed knowledge of engineering design and regulatory standards.
• Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) Certification.
