Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals supporting internal and external recruiting partners throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business needs, compliance standards, and external benchmarks, measured by audits, scorecards, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to create staffing strategies tied to strategic workforce plans and critical talent requirements.
  • Strengthen our employer brand to attract, source, retain, and develop diverse talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including company leaders, HR teams, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion Council, HRIS, vendors, and candidates.
  • Identify and roll out standardization, optimization opportunities like new technologies and processes to boost recruiting efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of six (6) years in human resources or related experience, with a focus on talent acquisition or staffing.

Core Skills and Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of core staffing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR and recruiting software such as Workday, Fieldglass, HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar tools.
  • Proven ability to lead in large, sophisticated organizations, fostering positive team dynamics and relationships at all management levels.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with detail orientation and a track record of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing staffing programs and technologies.
  • Workday expertise.
