As a Microbiologist Engineer at PepsiCo's state-of-the-art production site in Moscow Tsaritsyno, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the quality and safety of our beverage products. This position involves hands-on monitoring of sanitary-hygienic conditions, sample collection, and advanced microbiological testing to ensure compliance with international food safety standards. To succeed in this role, candidates should hold a higher education degree in food science, biology, or medicine. You must be a confident PC user capable of handling extensive data arrays, with strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols. Knowledge of Russian food safety regulations and GMP standards is a plus.
