Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality across our production lines:

• Collect and prepare samples from finished products, raw materials, water, and air for comprehensive analysis.
• Conduct quality control checks in line with Russian legislation, company procedures, and international standards.
• Monitor all production processes, identifying and reporting deviations to leadership promptly.
• Oversee sanitary-hygienic conditions of workshops, equipment, worker hygiene, and clothing.
• Organize lab preparations, including utensils, rooms, instruments, and materials for microbiological research.
• Prepare and verify culture media and reagents essential for accurate testing.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, logging all analysis results for traceability and audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

We seek detail-oriented professionals with a solid foundation in lab sciences:

• Higher education in microbiology engineering, food technology, chemistry, biotechnology, veterinary, or medical fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in chemical or bacteriological labs, or relevant production practice for fresh graduates.
• Proficiency in laboratory research methods, sample selection, chemical handling, and microbiological techniques.
• Strong PC skills, including MS Word and Excel; experience with SAP or 1C is a plus.
• Advantageous certifications: 'Pressure Vessels' and 'Work with Microorganisms (Pathogenicity Groups 3-4)'.
