Required Qualifications

  • 2-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience, particularly cloud computing and management; experience working within a technical sales environment. (degree)
  • Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies and expertise in selling to senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria. (degree)
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs (degree)
  • Exhibits outstanding operational excellence - including monthly/quarterly forecasting, building healthy pipeline, CRM entry and hygiene, opportunity management and virtual team orchestration (degree)
  • Language fluency in Japanese (degree)
  • Language fluency in English (degree)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required 4-year degree preferred. Additional training in sales, business or marketing preferred. (degree)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a deal team to develop and execute sales strategies for Copilot + M365 Core solutions within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer business needs and objectives to align Copilot solutions accordingly.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and potential enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure deal team members are on board.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Creates and leads the largest transformational Copilot deals with the world’s most innovative and market-leading customers
  • Creates and maintains an industry-focused vision with business and technology solution scenarios and services that helps large-scale enterprise customers achieve industry-relevant business outcomes, achieve their long-term corporate vision, and maximize commercial success
  • From a Copilot perspective, enables and leads strategic discussions with board-level/senior executive both with the customer and internally to design the end state
  • Leads complex transformational opportunities to turn them into commercial agreements that deliver on customer objectives. Ensures a strong connection into delivery and success, post-sales, to help customers realize desired business value at scale
