The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing complete a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (OR must be recent graduates or recently graduated) (degree)
- Qatari nationality (degree)
- Legally authorized to work in Qatar (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) (degree)
- Fluency in English. (degree)
- Passion for technology and customer obsessed (degree)
- Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers (degree)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentationskills (degree)
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure) are preferred but not required. (degree)
- Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci) are preferred but not required. (degree)
- Bachelors (degree)
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.
- Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.
- Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
- Joining as an CSA for on-the-job shadowing and training.
- Mentorship and coaching sessions.
- Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.
- Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.
