Job Description

We are the recommendation ML team in Microsoft AI Org. Our team focuses on ML solutions for MSN feed recommendation, including large-scale DNN modeling for user engagement prediction, value model tuning, recommendation foundational model via LLM, user understanding, content understanding, AI powered content generation, etc. The team is the backbone of a variety of recommendation scenarios in Microsoft AI including MSN and Copilot.
