Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience. (degree)

• 3+ years of proven track record of delivering successful products and features that meet customer needs and business objectives; with a passion for customer satisfaction, innovation, and quality. (degree)
• 3+ years of proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions and outcomes. (degree)
• 1+ years of experience in product design, launch, technical acumen, WITH artificial intelligence related features and products. (degree)
• 3+ years experience delivering large-scale SaaS(software as a service), PaaS(platform as a service) or public cloud services or products with the responsibility for the full product lifecycle, from concept, to development through launch and go to market. (degree)
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Responsibilities

• Understand the scenarios, workloads, and the deep technical storage requirements associated with our largest and most complex customers. Close the product feedback loop between customers and engineering.
• End-to-end ownership of feature and capability delivery:Work with engineering teams for design, plan, and deliveryCoordinate cross functional teams for launchDrive product adoption, growth, and retention through effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.Measure and monitor product performance, usage, and feedback, and iterate based on data and insights.
